or by calling (804) 581-5250
In the top right, select ‘Submit a request’:
This will load you to a form selection, where you will want to select the ‘Helpdesk Support’ form:

Topic: is the category/topic you are submitting a ticket for, please choose the most appropriate option when submitting a ticket.
Note* depending on the selected topic, the form may populate some additional fields to collect further details
Subject: is a summary of the issue
Details: where you can further explain, or provide additional details for your issue/request
Attachments: you can click to choose a file, or even drag and drop now

Whether submitting a ticket via email, or from the website, you will be suggested articles to possibly help you resolve your issue
