Tip!
Make sure your Work order is created before trying to add Tech Time to that work
order.
1. Click "Time Management" from the left Navigation bar
2. Change the Start Date to the week you want to add time.
3. For this example, in Sandbox go back to July to find some attendance time.
Alert!
A technician has to have Attendance Time before you can add any Work Order
Time.
4. Select your Date. It will load the whole week for you.
5. Click on the Day to add time.
The example below shows that I am clicking on Monday for Brent Myers. This
technician has 7.8 hours of attendance time.
6. Click "Add Time Entry"
7. Click "Add Work Order Time"
8. Click "Select a Work Order" from the new line that was created for Work Order
Time.
9. Type in your Work Order Number
10. Select the Correct Work Order and Segment that you are adding time to
11. Verify or Change the Work Location. Shop or Field
12. Scroll to the far right to see the time
13. Edit the Start and End time that the technician worked on that work order and
segment
14. You can click to see a list of time by 15 minute intervals or just type the time in.
15. Click "Save"
16. Click "Close"
17. Click "Refresh" and you will see the time update for that technician.
