Purpose
Customer Search allows users to locate customers and review important account information before creating rental quotes.
Access Customer Search
- Open IR Deal.
- Select the Hamburger Menu (☰).
- Select Customer.
Search Methods
Customers can be searched using:
- Customer Name
- Partial Customer Name
- Customer Number
Review Customer Information
After selecting a customer, review:
- Insurance details
- Addresses
- Jobsites
- Activity history
- Rental history
- Contracts
- Lost deals
Customer Notes
Customer-specific notes can be viewed or updated before quote creation.
