Creating a Rental Quote in IR Deal
Purpose
Rental Quotes initiate the rental process and allow Coordinators to begin reservation and agreement creation.
Option A: Start with Equipment
- Search Equipment.
- Select Cat/Group Number.
- Adjust rates if needed.
- Add attachments.
- Add customer.
- Continue through workflow.
Option B: Start with Customer
- Search Customer.
- Select customer.
- Select the Dollar Sign icon.
- Proceed to Equipment Search.
Add Equipment and Rates
After selecting equipment:
- Apply Daily Rates
- Apply Weekly Rates
- Apply Monthly Rates
Add additional equipment and attachments if needed.
Select the Green Arrow to continue.
Reservations
Enable:
Request Reservation
This sends a notification to the Rental Coordinator to convert the quote into a reservation.
