Managing Sales Rep Quotes from the Bell Queue
Purpose
Sales-generated quotes submitted through the IR Deal App arrive in the Bell queue and require Coordinator action.
Bell Notification Options
When opening a quote from the Bell icon, Coordinators can:
View
Review quote information before acting.
Update
Begin processing the quote immediately.
Acknowledge
Use if unable to work the deal immediately.
Acknowledged deals:
- Move into Quotes/Reservations
- No longer appear in Bell notifications
- Can be accessed later
Important Limitation
Acknowledging a quote does not notify the Sales Representative.
Direct communication is still required.
