Purpose
Reservations serve as the foundation of the rental agreement process.
Reservation Objectives
Coordinators must ensure reservations are fully completed before agreement creation.
Required Validation
Review and confirm:
- Customer information
- Jobsite
- Equipment selection
- Actual Equipment ID
- Attachments
- Influencer (DocuSign recipient)
- Delivery information
- Pickup information
- Tax code
Equipment Selection Standards
Coordinators must select:
- Actual Equipment IDs
- Actual attachment IDs
Unlike Sales Representatives, Coordinators assign specific units.
Reservation Completion
Once validated:
- Complete Final Review
- Create Reservation
- Print Reservation
- Communicate requirements to the yard
