Converting Reservations into Rental Agreements
Purpose
Rental Agreements activate the contract and prepare equipment for release.
Before Converting
Do not convert until:
- Equipment is physically available
- Equipment is rental-ready
- Reservation information is complete
- Attachments are confirmed
Conversion Process
- Search Reservations
- Locate the reservation
- Select Convert
- Review all agreement screens
- Complete Final Review
- Select Create Agreement
Cash Customers
Cash customers must complete payment requirements before agreement creation.
Outcome
Conversion creates:
- Active Rental Agreement
- Pre-Shipper Record
