Navigate to the login page: https://riversconnect.jrenet.com/
Click on the "Forgot your password" link under the login
Enter your email address and hit submit. Make sure to enter the email associated with your login for RiversConnect
You should receive an email to reset:
The link will take you to where you can reset:
Type in the new password and click 'reset'
You should now be able to sign in
