First Time Users:
The extension should already be installed, if it is not showing
Navigate to https://riversequipmentgroup.printercloud.com - it will prompt you to add the extension
Microsoft Edge:
Using Microsoft EDGe browser: Open Edge Browser, and in the browser address bar type:
edge://extensions
Find the PrinterLogic Extension and make sure it is turned on:
Google Chrome:
Using the Google Chrome browser: Open Chrome Browser, and in the browser address bar type:
chrome://extensions/
Find the PrinterLogic Extension and make sure it is turned on:
Now, you can go to the Printer Logic page
https://riversequipmentgroup.printercloud.com
Choose Login with ENTRA ID:
your login should pass through from Windows
Once signed in
- Select your company from the lefthand menu,
- Select your location,
- Select your printer
Once you select your printer, click on it and you will get a pop-up to install:
If this is your default printer, check the 'set as default printer' box before clicking yes to install:
This process will be the same for any printers you would like to add

Please note,
Once the new printer is installed, you can cleanup your printers in Windows:

Open Settings app
Select Bluetooth & devices from navigation bar on the left
Select Printers and scanners
Select printer you wish to remove
I.e. JRE_51_Copier
Select Remove
