IT has made the update available through Company Portal on devices
Installing the update through this method mitigates the need for Helpdesk to plug in admin credentials to proceed.
How to update Service Advisor:
You can hit the windows button on your toolbar (or keyboard) and start typing 'company'
Company Portal will show as a result:
Once you have Company Portal opened, you should see the update:
If you are not seeing it in 'recently published'
Select 'Apps' from the lefthand menu, and search using the search function at the top of the app window:
