First, (if not already done) install the Dialpad app from COMP PORTAL
(App Store/Play Store for personal devices)
Once installed, open the app
Click ‘Start making calls’
When prompted to login, choose “login with another provider”
Plug in jrenet.com as the domain
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft login for authentication. Please use your windowsusername@jrenet.com format. Authenticate accordingly:
Hit Continue
Once you are successfully authenticated, you will be prompted to verify your cell phone number (personal or company device) – verify the number.
Note to place a call you can go to the keypad (bottom right) and dial the number you are trying to reach. This call will go outbound to the dialed number and display your Dialpad number as your caller ID.
