Enrollment
This method is supported only on company devices
Initial setup:
ON A COMPUTER
Navigate to aka.ms/ssprsetup and configure an authentication method.
Plug in your username@jrenet.com
You will then be directed to plug in your password for OKTA:
Once you sign in with OKTA, hit NEXT:
Select "Next" again:
This will generate an individualized QR Code:
These are all of the steps needed on the computer, for now.
To finish configuration, head over to your company provided mobile device
You will want to locate, and open the Microsoft Authenticator App
*note, this is installed on company devices automatically (submit a helpdesk ticket if you have issues locating the app or are not seeing it installed)
ON YOUR PHONE
Once you have located and opened the Microsoft Authenticator app, choose "Scan QR Code":
Scan the individualized code that was generated on your computer in the previous step:
Then you are in!
You may get an additional first push/confirmation with a code
The code will appear on the computer, and will need to be plugged in on your phone
my code was 52 for the example:
Plug in the code, and hit YES
- you are now all set!

Verify that AUTHENTICATOR is listed as one of your methods
Verify that 'Default sign-in method' = Microsoft Authenticator - notification
