Navigate to aka.ms/sspr (any device)
As seen in this screenshot, you can reset your password with the ‘I forgot my password’ option – OR – perform an account unlock with the ‘I know my password but still can’t sign in’ option.
Verify your number, you will receive a code
Enter the code, and hit NEXT
Alternatively, if you have authenticator set up (see SSPR - Enrollment & Microsoft Authenticator – Rivers Equipment Group for this process)
You can choose 'Enter a code from my authenticator app'
On Authenticator, click into your account, and you will see a One-Time Password that can be used
Plug in that One-Time password code here:
From this point – either your password reset should kick off, OR you have unlocked your account successfully.
NOTE:
You do have the ability to change password from within the authenticator app by navigating to the same place you get your ' One-time Password code':
