Enrollment

This method is supported for both company, and personal devices. 

Navigate to aka.ms/ssprsetup and configure an authentication method. 

Plug in your username@jrenet.com  

You will then be directed to plug in your password for OKTA:

Once you sign in with OKTA: 

You will be redirected to add another verification method – this is what enrolls you in SSPR for self service password reset. Click NEXT

To add a phone number, select “I want to set up a different method” 

If you are using a personal device, please use the 'PHONE' option:

Enter your number and hit next - you will be texted a code:

enter the code you received on the screen, and hit NEXT
