This article will walk you through how to transfer a caller to a users voicemail
FROM DIALPAD APP
With the caller on the phone:
- Click on the Transfer Button in the Dialpad app (bottom of the dialpad screen)
- A screen will pop up for you to type in the users name or extension you want to transfer the caller to:
In the box type in the users extension or name. Press Enter
You will then get additional options,
- Look for the 'Transfer [Callers Name/Number] to [Users] voicemail:
- You will receive a message that the transfer is complete and can close that window with the 'X'
