- Place the headset on the stand
- Press and hold the PC and Phone icons on the headset stand:
- Wait until the lights start blinking yellow or you hear “Factory Reset.”
- Unplug all cables from the bottom of the stand:
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Important: Plug each cable back into the exact same port it was originally connected to.
- Place the headset back on the stand.
- Wait 30 seconds.
Check the desk phone:
- Ensure the headset button is green.
