Accessing the live dashboard
To access the dashboard for your Contact Center:
- Select the Activity icon located in the upper-right corner of Dialpad.
- You will be automatically directed to the live dashboard.
Using the dashboard
- Once on the dashboard, you can filter the data using several different time-range options.
- This allows you to review call activity and better understand current workload and staffing levels.
Saving the dashboard
- You also have the option to save the dashboard so you can quickly access live data in the future.
