Finding your Contact Centers
To have your Contact Centers appear in the left-hand sidebar:
- Select Contact Centers in Dialpad.
- Favorite each Contact Center you are a part of.
Once favorited, your Contact Centers will appear on the left in a list, similar to how Departments were displayed previously.
Updated agent status options
You will notice a few additional agent status options:
- Active (toggle): Use this if you need to make yourself unavailable for a specific Contact Center only.
- Available: Makes you available to receive calls for all Contact Centers you are assigned to.
- Off Duty: Marks you unavailable across all Contact Centers. This should be used when you are working with an in-person customer, on a lunch break, out on PTO, or participating in training.
