If you are experiencing issues in the Dialpad desktop app, clearing the app cache can often help resolve performance or display problems. Please follow the steps below to clear the cache and restart the app.
How to clear cache in the Dialpad app
Click anywhere inside the Dialpad desktop app.
Press the ALT key on your keyboard.
A menu will appear in the upper-left corner showing File, Edit, View, and Help.
Select Help.
Choose Clear Cache & Restart App.
The Dialpad app will automatically restart once the cache has been cleared.
