Transfer to Voicemail (from Yealink)

1. Using the Desk phone to Transfer caller to Users’ Voicemail

With the caller on the phone, press the Message Button.

If you have an expansion module with user’s button:

Press the User’s Key to Transfer the Call to that user’s voicemail.

Then hang up.

If you do not have an expansion module with user’s buttons (quick transfer keys):

Type in the user’s extension you want to send the caller to for voicemail.

Hit the Call Button from the screen.
